My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, especially in how they treat their employees. Despite working hard and showing loyalty for over a year, employees were not given any form of appreciation, no benefits, no rewards, not even basic recognition. The more effort and dedication you put in, the more tasks they pile onto you, without considering work-life balance or fairness. Job security is practically nonexistent. Management seems to operate without a clear direction or plan, leaving employees constantly unsure about their future. There's a serious lack of leadership and communication. One of the most concerning issues is the toxic internal culture. Some individuals in positions of influence engage in power-tripping behavior, especially toward those who are not part of their personal circle. Instead of fostering teamwork, favoritism and office politics are encouraged.

The people you'll work with are passionate about changing the education landscape in the country. Each person is very much aligned with the mission of providing quality learning materials to Filipino children.

The vision for the product was promising, but the execution fell short. While the foundation was strong, it was not fully realized in the final product, which resulted in multiple delays. I resigned in 2023, but my backpay wasn’t processed until October 2024. Unfortunately, it didn’t include the prorated 13th-month pay that I was owed. Despite numerous follow-ups with HR and Finance, I haven’t received any updates since January. My countless emails and Viber messages have gone unanswered regarding the missing amount. I resigned in good faith, completing the proper turnover of tasks and even offering assistance to their team months after my departure. What’s most disheartening, though, is that despite knowing the challenging financial situation my family faced during my mother's cancer treatment, they still chose to neglect their responsibility to settle the dues owed to me for over a year.
