      No pros this is a ridiculous company and the employer and the employee doesn't understand or know how to communicate there works or brief any one.

      Cons

      If you are joining here a new person please be ready for something most unexpected, there will be no briefing no clarity in what you need to do, no briefing, no team management, no understanding or support, they will thing you know everything and they will just leave you and will ask you to do whatever you want. The clients here doesn't know how to speak to anyone and the company management doesn't even give the clients any reply. They think you are there servants and they are paying you to work.

      1. Great clients to work with 2. A few great people as well

      1. Forget work-life balance, alternate Saturdays are working too, half a day they say, but it will almost be the whole of Saturday 2. People would expect you to respond to the client at any hour of the day, even if you are not working or your office hours are over, 9 pm also they will chase you to reply to the client. 3. If you are done for the day and try to leave on time, you will get stares, and people will mock you for leaving on time. 4. There is a WFH facility, but only 2 a month, and if you take more than that then your salary will be detucted. 5. Your credits will be taken by others if you are unfortunately under a toxic team leader. 6. There is no proper HR; the co-founder is the HR herself, and there are no proper policies within the company

      Horrible management. Employees take credits for your hard work.
