Pros

The company seems to want to do the right thing by staff. But comes up short.

Cons

This place is psychological pollution. My manager was on maternity leave (her third one in a row) and let me sit for six months with nothing to do. No onboarding. I had to bug the rest of the team for things to do. In the year I was there I saw constant changes, chaos, and a general cutthroat environment. Managers throw employees under the bus for their own career gain. ….at least mine did. She was the worst manager I’ve ever had. It is such a waste of talent and company money to not develop the team. There is a code among managers that no matter how incompetent they are, they protect each other. Why doesn’t TR send out manager surveys fir the teams to provide feedback? Because they don’t care about the employee experience whatsoever!

Pros

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

Cons

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
