Pros
The product is very well made. The designs and styles are usually on point, some even ahead of the game. All employees are given an allotment of clothing each new season to be worn when working.
Cons
The price of the product is a hard sell to the average customer. Also, the company has been moving in a different direction. They still classify themselves as high-end luxury, however, they seem to be moving away from that in terms of company mentality and initiatives. This is resulting in a high rate of turnover, (some stores going through 2-3 managers within a six month period), and fewer opportunities for lucrative advancement.
