Pros
The brand name is still good for now, but it can only compete with local American brands.
Cons
The company’s HR department has personal relationships with some managers. When issues arise that require resolution through HR, they do not handle them in a fair and professional manner as a normal HR department would. Instead, they discuss these matters informally, treating them as casual gossip and sharing them with employees they are close to.
During company sample sales, the HR team helps themselves before opening sales to the employees. They even allow a few managers to secretly access the sale in advance from back door, despite publicly claiming that all employees have equal rights and benefits.
Cunning, selfish, corrupt, and lazy—after more than five years in this company, the HR department has become the most rotten part of the organization.
