Pros
Wonderful co-workers. Everyone is respectful and friendly and wants to see you succeed and grow as a developer. Lots of opportunities to give back to the community and receive trainings from other professionals in the field.
Cons
Being a consulting company, it's sometimes difficult for there to be enough contracts for everyone to work on. Internal and open source company projects help with that, no one is ever left with zero to do, but it does start to drain on you when you're "on the bench" for too long.
