I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at This Dot in Jul 2024
Interview
They were kind and courteous. I enjoyed interviewing with their team. The take home test was reasonable and was interviewed promptly afterward. This is a company I would have enjoyed working for.

Question 1
How well do you feel you did on the take home exercise?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at This Dot (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
As others have described, the pre-screening interview is a list of 20 question (which makes it a lot more time-consuming for person being interviewed) and that's it, that's as a far as I got. The person who sent the questions said that different Recruiter would reach out. They did not. Actually, they made a mistake and sent me the Java test but then sent an email saying it was a mistake, they directed me to disregard the test.
If you want to apply and risk wasting your time, go ahead, apply. Otherwise, I advice not move forward with any interview with this company, their pre-screening is supposed to be geared towards avoiding waste of time for both parts but it is clear it is just a "them" thing, they don't care about your time. You can only imagine what must be like once you get hired, if you get hired that is.
