Management team considers each researcher/associate as a consumable supplies.
They do not consider your career development and personal interest about your job.
Their personal feelings do affect the judgement against you.
They can not provide a good strategic direction and suggest good solution for the team.
Only thing they can do is blaming and pushing their team members....
