Pros

Good salary, the boss of the company likes to treat people for a free meal

Cons

Horrible attitude towards newcomers. I have received no training for the job and every time I asked a question I was told to keep my mouth shut because I irritate people. I was also been told that my working hours are from 10am till 18:00 or 19:00, in reality you need the permission from the Mark Dixon (Executive of the firm) to leave the office. It states that the company employs 12-51 people, in reality it is just three people in the whole company. Plus the company of four people has two different titles the1 and Thinking Linking

Pros

- Exposure to some interesting assignments at times - (Some) friendly and helpful people; many of whom do not stay - They will offer you a full-time job very quickly

Cons

- Cult of personality around founder - Founder has ego issues; it's either his way or the highway - Toxic work environment dressed up as 'high standards' - Inconsistent exposure to seniors - Inefficient bureaucracy - A lot of random assignments based on founder's whims - Bad pay, no payment into national insurance or pensions, no benefits, no time off - Cult-like internal lingo - 'thinking' and 'linking' become a religion.
