I worked for this Ad Agency- They are big dud Agency which will only make their employees work like hell with a very meager payment, they keep all the profits in their pockets. I started my career with them and I had the horrible experience of my life. I thought to go for start ups to get that environment, If you are not a telegu, you wont get any preference.

Your work wont be recognised, no awards or bonus incentives, Very very bad management. False promises will be made during the time of interview.

No timing for Salary Credit. Make you work like Hell but no Awards or Compensation Will Make you work from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday will also use you to work on their subsidiary entities. No Work Life Balance at all.
