      Lots of new projects for a small company Great opportunities keep coming and new management giving ample chances to prove your self Old politics are gone - work is more important than being friends with your boss professional management is good people being sent to conferences - first time - good growth

      Good company for your career, if you want to start learning, this organisation will provide you the platform I have learnt more in 3 years than all my friends in big companies. When I interview, I am stronger than those with 6 yrs of experience Cannot beat that company matches all my salary expectation
