Pros
If this is the BEST job you can get, take it. You will learn a little about PR if you are lucky. There is no formal training program. The two heads are checked out, for sure, and one of them is overly emotional and very, very disorganized. I not even sure she understands PR. There is at time staff for help and training. Take the job if it's all you can get, learn as much as you can and start looking for something better after six months. There's a reason the turnover here is huge. The hangers on are all incompetent and cannot get jobs elsewhere.
Cons
One of the bosses can be rude and abusive. Everyone knows it and you will find solace from co-workers. It's obvious why no one stays, that and super low pay. And that raise that they inferred you would get? You won't. They just don't give raises to anyone but themselves. Cheap clients that really need advertising not PR but they are so desperate they will take anyone. Get out as soon as you can, it never, ever gets better.
