3yWe thank you for taking out time and writing a review for us. We have heard you, and now we have an active leadership team comprising of senior managers, leaders, and company management. We meet bi-weekly and discuss such challenges, along with innovative ideas to fuel growth and improvement. As for 6 monthly retention policy post-appraisal, we as a company want to curb the practice of taking the increment, which again is meeting the expectations of the employee, and yet resigning with an intent to get an inflated salary. This impacts the business and the customer and we only wish to reduce this impact for our stakeholders. We hope you would understand. Having said that, we will definitely discuss it again with the Leadership team and understand if we could come up with an improved way to create a win-win for all.
