CEO is abusive to people around him which makes decision making impossible . The entire company is ruled according to his moods and personality which creates a Toxic work environment that influences all levels, all decisions, all strategy and day to day operations which becomes un- bearable.. The company is ran like an aggressive & demeaning dictatorship with false visibility of a growing, developing and successful constructive operation. It really is not. Looks out at LinkedIn to the number of senior people leaving and try to find out why has that happened.
