Pros
They keep free snacks in the caf
Cons
The management is a hot mess. Only people on the low end of the totem pole will be given points to improve upon, on fact you will only ever receive feedback if it's negative, but large issues amongst management goes unchecked. Communication between departments is soo poor that you can't find the information you needed in a timely manner to help your caller, but it is frowned upon to ask questions or ask for help. The expectations places on workers are assenine, as they are looking for work that is both speedy and perfectly accurate. The tasks they expect from you are not possible to do within a specific time frame and you are expected to be flexible enough that work can always carry over the end of your shift. I'm shocked they've finally decided to start paying for that extra labor, as they will othetwise slowly raise your workload with no extra pay. Despite way this company likes to parade themselves as a safe and progressive work environment, I saw no evidence of competency training based on the way I was treated, both as a queer and disabled individual.
