Pros
- Access to Dr. Crone and Treatment leadership collaboration is readily available. BCBAs don't live on an island.
-Eagerness to support patient/family needs to impact progress with skill acquisition and successful transitions to school/vocational environments.
-Expressed values (We put patients first, we are better together, we make therapy fun, and above all we grow potential) are applied versus only vocalized. I love working with a team of individuals that really do care and will do whatever we can to make good choices for patients and staff.
-Significant efforts are in motion to nurture and foster RBTs and BCBAs with ability to have the best of both worlds (happy work and personal lives).
-We have VERY talented, fun, and committed staff.
Cons
-Not a con... but happiness/success in this field typically requires open-minded motivation to learn and ability to adapt to changes in treatment needs with flexibility.
