Innovation mired by weak leadership - Anonymous employee TheraDoc Employee Review

Senior Management is weak. Will not listen to suggestions, and F.P. has the final word on everything often over riding quality suggestions and out of the box thinking. There is no local leadership, and any kind of quality team meetings only happen when F.P. and M.A. are visiting, which is rare now that the company was acquired by Premier Inc. Only bright spot in management is the HR guy. At least he is willing to listen and help where he can.
