      Good benefits. Good communication. Contract to hire is going well and the outlook is good for getting hired on full time with my client I work for.

      Minimal oversight from contract company allows for more work to get done with the comapny contracting me

      Cons

      Get treated like you don't matter by the comapny you do work for becasue you're a contractor.
