      I spent the first 3.5 years of my career at Theodo and am now the CTO of a well-funded startup, Theodo delivers on their promise in termes of fast-tracking you to learning all the skills required to be a CTO, wether they are technical skills, management, recruitment, technical marketing etc

      Cons

      You shouldn't be here for the money but for the tremendous rate of learning.

      Pros

      Lots of innovation, very interesting projects, ability to rapidly progress, management trusts you to take ownership of what you are passionate about.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable with the fact that you will wear different hats and confident to take ownership of tasks outside of your comfort zone
