Pros
I feel that my progression has been at least 5x faster at Theodo during my previous professional experience. What I like the most: - being surrounded by smart and kind people - having clear criteria for promotion/salary raise/new roles - working on 5 different subjects in a day - having a great responsibility in my projects as Scrum Master or as Project Director, I really am in charge - learning the methodology which I believe I will re-use in my entire professional life
Cons
- the level of pressure can be high, but I think it is normal as it is a training to reach C-level positions where you will also have a high level of stress/pressure - we have a lot in the plate so it is sometimes hard to prioritize but you can always ask for help to your coach - we sometimes don't spend enough time to celebrate the success which might have a consequence of you not realizing that you are doing well because as soon as you reach a milestone, you have a new objective that is 2x more ambitious
