Pros
I've met some of my best and lifelong friends working at NLP. They have a knack for hiring incredibly hard working individuals who bring their best to the table each and every day. Colleagues rely on each other to hit KPIs which creates a mutually respectful environment between each department and encourages collaboration. NLP is a great stepping stone for someone first entering their career, as there is plenty of additional projects to pick up for additional experience.
Cons
CEO needs to step out of the operations end of this company. He has some very real and very dangerous mental/emotional problems that he is working through, and while there's no problem with mental health, the CEO takes these problems to his employees - often. Shaun Buck is known throughout the company for crossing boundaries with his employees. This varies from making (several) women uncomfortable throughout my time with the company (myself included), to verbally assaulting the team and firing them without notice. Again, while a one-off isn't necessarily indicative of a bad company or CEO, these events have turned into trends that show no sign of improving. Shaun needs to take some time to seriously address his worsening mental state before I would feel comfortable recommending this as a place to work again.
