There is a struggle to spend money and you have to work so the manager get 5% from the value of each project and you get nothing. Poor safety culture. Very low morale of the crew. Performance review is not based on skills. If you have a complaint the management will send you home. The ship overall have a strange smell like old. The smart millionaire are selling their apartments and move to new and more sustainable projects. The people are coming and resigning in fast paces. The crew movement is like a train station.
