      Cons

      Some shifts can feel quite long when you don't have deliveries to do, that's the only downside really.

      Understanding Managing Director that offers a unique learning service and provides a chance to communicate with members of top 20 ad agencies.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working at The Works. It is mostly project based, so hours are relatively flexible and the Managing Director provides a relaxed, yet professional environment.
