We’re sorry to hear you felt negatively about management. We know we’re not perfect, and we’re always working to improve our communication and leadership style. We push our team because we believe in their potential! Our intention is never to create discomfort, only to encourage growth and development.
Given the nature of our industry, late nights do happen occasionally, but we work to keep these rare and check in with our team regularly on this. To clarify, we don’t pay minimum wage (and never have)—our salaries are based on RGD industry standards, and fair pay is a priority for us.
We genuinely welcome feedback when it’s shared professionally and respectfully, as we believe mutual respect is key to a positive workplace. Respect is a requirement for us, and just as we demand this from the team, they can expect the same from us.
