      Pros

      The nice thing is that you don't have to do much work. It's pretty laid back.

      Cons

      The company sells refurbished phones as new. It's illegal. I would never want to associate myself with liars and con men. Verizon wireless allows this to happen. It's completely unorganized as well. There are so many different moving parts and no one really knows what's going on. The offer no benefits and no PTO.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment. Always training employees and providing advancement opportunities. I started as a sales rep and was able to earn a district managers position. Couldn't be more grateful for the opportunities that have been awarded to me.

      Cons

      As a district manager, my role has so many challenges that come with being in retail sales. It can be overwhelming at times, but there is a ton of support to help keep me on the right track. So the con would be stress, but that comes with any sales environment.
