Overall, the good outweighs the bad.
- The environment in the D.C. office is pretty straight-faced/serious. Not really a bad thing, but if you're coming from a larger tech company, you won't get the tech environment here. The culture is "meh".
- Even within the teams, there is not always a strong feeling of "we're all in this together".
- There is currently a lot of growth:
There's a lot to do, and it seems like sometimes the systems and processes we're using to try to address everything don't capture it all.
- The engineering side takes themselves super seriously:
