Messy - BDC Representative The Vision Automotive Group Employee Review

Messy from day one. Lack of leadership and lack of training. I sat and watched someone work on the computer for 4 hours then was thrown into the job with no idea what I was doing. They stated that I would be calling to set appointments for 1 specific dealership and I found out they were also using a call center full of people to do your exact same job. Since the job was commission based you can guess how horrible that turned out.
