Pros
The company is growing globally and rapidly, yet still manages to maintain the close-knit feel of a small company. I always feel supported and valued, and I have a certain degree of freedom just to "get on with things" without being micromanaged. The company culture and "personality" is very much reflective of the CEO, which is a very good thing. My colleagues are highly intelligent and great to work with.
Cons
My fear is that the rapid growth may cause the company to lose the culture and personality that makes this a great place to work.
