Pros

Love working here as a vet tech - Seeing fewer patients in their homes is so much better for everyone. Great work-life balance and less stress. My opinions feel valued more than in previous clinics.

The physical job was okay at times but I have few pros

The worst company I have ever worked for unfortunately. And I say this never having made a negative review before about a job. Employees are but a number. Everyone is disposable. Only care about transactions per day and push hard to make technicians increase numbers even though they are nurses.. not a sales person. “Restructured the company” (for what I have read is the second or third time this has happened with the company) lay offs from what I have heard were monotone and cold conversations from higher ups. Not being caring or compassionate. Overworked managers being burnt out and have crazy expectations set for them. Unfortunately that trickles down the line into the techs, customer support and booking agents. Management hardly available to have conversations with techs throughout there days. They do not care about our clients unless they are spending a lot of money. Everything is transactional. Unfortunately the negative output that is displayed to clients and patients is reflected inwardly on their company culture. I truly only write this to make others aware of the potential negative ramifications from joining this company.
