The entire team at TTA is positive, easy-going and determined. They are people who motivate you to reach your highest potential everyday. They are extremely understanding and offer a great hybrid work schedule that further elevates employee performance. I am extremely proud and happy to be part of such an amazing team.

Honestly, there are no cons. The culture is great. The support is great. Management teams are great. Workload is completely manageable and pushes you to grow. There are zero complaints.

There are talented and well-meaning people at all levels who genuinely want to do good work. The company has a strong foundation and access to a wide network of learning and development professionals. Some managers were supportive, and the hybrid work setup was a plus for work-life balance.

The organization is highly disorganized with unclear processes, shifting priorities, and minimal strategic direction. Communication between departments was inconsistent, and decisions often felt reactive rather than planned. There was little room for career growth, and roles were sometimes not clearly defined. I was laid off while 7 months pregnant, which, while possibly a business decision, felt abrupt and insensitive given the circumstances.
