      Pros

      There are talented and well-meaning people at all levels who genuinely want to do good work. The company has a strong foundation and access to a wide network of learning and development professionals. Some managers were supportive, and the hybrid work setup was a plus for work-life balance.

      Cons

      The organization is highly disorganized with unclear processes, shifting priorities, and minimal strategic direction. Communication between departments was inconsistent, and decisions often felt reactive rather than planned. There was little room for career growth, and roles were sometimes not clearly defined. I was laid off while 7 months pregnant, which, while possibly a business decision, felt abrupt and insensitive given the circumstances.

      We appreciate your feedback. We understand there were many changes that were made when you were here. As you know, we had a very large project that we had to quickly scale up internally for and after several months it was put on hold without any notice due to system problems on their end. It indeed created a lot of disruption for the internal team and we had to lay off a few employees because of this unexpected pause. We have been in business for over thirty years and sometimes these unexpected things happen and we need to make changes. It is never easy and we wish you all the best. Thank you for all your great work when you were here.

      Pros

      TTA's number one priority is it's employees and that's where their success starts. Knowing your results will show through the people who work for you is the key to a successful business. Maria, the CEO and President of TTA makes you feel right at home. She is a boss who cares about your experience at the company and truly want to see you succeed. The entire team at TTA is positive, easy-going and determined. They are people who motivate you to reach your highest potential everyday. They are extremely understanding and offer a great hybrid work schedule that further elevates employee performance. I am extremely proud and happy to be part of such an amazing team.

      Cons

      Honestly, there are no cons. The culture is great. The support is great. Management teams are great. Workload is completely manageable and pushes you to grow. There are zero complaints.

      Pros

      Met with the leadership team here and hit it off with everyone immediately. The opportunity I interviewed for with TTA was no longer available, but thanks to their incredible believe in culture - They created a perfect match for a new position here within the organization. It has been working out perfect. Incredible office Great location/ easy to get too Fun work environment Terrific leadership/ support and help Excellent training and tribal knowledge here - everyone wears a number of hats and can help with any questions Summer hours, great holiday schedule, flexible schedule if you have children, hybrid schedule

      No free snacks in the kitchen :)
