      Pros

      I have never been in a company with such amazing people. Everyone is just so incredibly smart and friendly. I actually look forward to going to work everyday, which I never thought was possible! TTD stresses during the interviews how they are really looking for culture fit and it really shows in how helpful and supportive everyone is.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Maybe more free food would be nice.

      Great health benefits- insurance premiums covered 100% Office perks like lunch, snacks Anniversary rewards program Good work life balance, hybrid schedule Day to day colleagues are good, honest people

      Cons

      Leadership in the company is tumultuous - no clear vision for growth Mass exodus of employees as of late (including C-Suite) Compensation is lower relative to others in tech Minimum time in role standards for promotions but some are immune Stock is at an all time low
