Cons
Everything else. I was laid off shortly after being hired, and soon thereafter rehired. I should have known better, but needed the money to pay back the cost of the school. They then opened two new campuses! Sounds like the money just comes and goes with awful mismanagement. I'm sure some of it has to do with the **church** found next door. I was accidentally sent an email about myself sent by "superiors", claiming my suggestion for better video quality and subtitles in a course was 'worthless and needing of correction'. Who talks like that? I was reprimanded for giving honest advice, because I didn't follow their sheet on how to address my superiors. Absence of culture, respect, benefits, and virtually no opportunity for advancement.
