The pay is laughable for a fine dining server. When they interview you, they don’t tell you that more than 70% of members don’t tip. Mgmt believes that $15/hour is adequate for a fine dining server, which is far under the local standard. CEO has been heard actively dissuading members from tipping (even on large parties). Some members of mgmt verbally abuse the staff.
