Pros

-autonomy: ability to set and pursue personal sales goals (that are aligned with company objectives, of course) -opportunity: the organization will set out objectives for you, and if you work to meet and exceed those KPI, you will be afforded more responsibility and even greater opportunity -supportive management: I've worked at big companies and small, and feel the support I've received at The Streaming Network has been better than any other organization I've previously worked at -great product: a world-class platform with top notch wrap-around professional services -great people: I cannot say enough for the entire team at The Streaming Network - great people to work and socialize with -corporate retreats: bi-annual company wide retreats give us the opportunity to connect further on a personal level, develop our skills and celebrate our successes

Cons

-entrepreneurial organization: this is only a con to the type of individual who needs to be spoon fed every prospect/lead - you will be expected to do more than at some organizations to drive your book of business -health benefits: better than no benefits for sure, but employees would benefit from higher annual maximum's for dental/massage/chiropractic care, etc -experimentation: as with most entrepreneurial organizations, there is still lots of trial and error as it relates to marketing processes, and even finance - again, these things are not an issue unless you are the type that expects a perfectly oiled machine on every front
