Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your long term employment with our company and are disappointed that you were unable to share your experiences until now. Unfortunately, many of your comments are not true and are slanderous to the company and the employees who work here.
No company is perfect, and no company is beyond reproach. However, we value our employees. We strive to update our policies, procedures and benefits to promote a professional and successful work environment. Our company has grown, as you mentioned, and over the years challenges have occurred. With this quick growth comes challenges, but at the same time new solutions and new processes are developed.
Your references to managerial lack of judgment, positive reinforcement for poor performance, rapid advancement for employees who “complain” are all based on your version of events and without knowledge of understanding all conversations that may have occurred giving you this perception.
In regard to communications, we utilize online meetings and chat as well as emails. Since the pandemic, our company has moved to a fully remote business. There are benefits from working remotely but the nature of remote work requires constant communication. At times, multiple chat communications can be overwhelming. In order to streamline conversations, separate chats and meetings occur so as not to burden all employees.
As a small company, we have been working on creating operational manuals, training documents, etc. for all so that resources will be available for new hires and existing employees. This will further enhance our training and development processes as we continue to grow. We also have a wonderful, fully engaged staff that have a culture of helping each other.
Thank you again for your feedback. Where appropriate we will address your comments in an effort to continually improve as a company for the benefit of the employer and its employees.
