If your competitive, a go-getter and like to get at it then this is the place for you. The Sourcery peeps are really good people and a passionate group. You can learn to source better than others in the industry. I'm excited where things are going.
Cons
No real down sides right now. Going through some growing pains but that's common for small companies getting bigger.
