      Sueldo malo Mala cultura Mal liderazgo ,no existes para ellos Hay favoritismo Cero prestaciones , IMSS etc Se quedan con tus bonos Muchas rotación Muy mala paga Mucho estrés y te sobrecargan con sus clientes Se burlan de sus clientes y nunca pueden otorgar una solución confiable

      Pros

      The developers are great and they build software that works well. Payment was always on time.

      Cons

      They are not honest. Inexistent leadership, They will not pay you your commissions. Don’t trust anything management tells you, they will do the complete opposite. Cero benefits. They expect you to work overtime all the time.
