Pros
The staff canteen is okay. There are plenty of Jr Chefs to manage.
Cons
The desserts are bad. Style of food is from the 60’s and will not change. The senior chefs treat new members of the team like they don’t belong there because they have been working there for 5-15 years and don’t like new managers. Psychological abuse and verbal abuse. Long hours and a very busy work environment. Others make a simple job difficult. The list goes on I’ll leave it at that.
