Pros
Great boss at least in my plant, vacation time is given when asked and half days are accepted , Doc/dentist appts during working hours are allowed with out any trouble
Cons
no 401 match by employer, raises are very rare once you have been there for over 10 years, Lots of standing and wear and tear on your body because of doing the same thing over and over all day
