      Pros

      I love working at TROC. It's like a family and everyone cares about everyone else they work with. I appreciate that management will listen to any ideas or opinions - I always feel I am heard and important to the team. Lots of room for growth and advancement as well.

      Cons

      Benefits & work/life balance need work. They do not offer a flex spend option at all. No 401K match. Healthcare is very expensive. I use my phone 24/7 for the company but they don't offer a phone expense. Have to be available at all times. Pay is ok, but could be better. Some get bonuses while others who are just as important to success get nothing.
