      Pros

      I love that recruiters at this company get to work remotely! As long as you meet your quotas and get your work done, management is super relaxed and pretty much lets you do what you want. A lot of recruiting jobs aren’t very laid-back, so it’s nice to find one that is.

      Cons

      If you’re a very social person, the remote work setup might not be for you.
