Pros

One of the best things about working with Troc is the ability to manage your own schedule. You can work when it's convenient for you, making it easier to balance work and personal life. This is a huge plus if you value autonomy in your job.

Cons

Trust Issues with Management: The biggest downside to working with Troc is the constant feeling of being under suspicion. Despite working hard and doing your job, there seems to be an ongoing belief from the higher-ups that you're stealing time or not being honest about your work hours. This creates an environment of distrust that’s both frustrating and demotivating. Management's Inability to Track Work: The real issue isn't with the workers in the field, but with the management’s inability to effectively track and understand where resources are actually going. It's easy to get blamed for mistakes or inefficiencies that stem from poor oversight. It's not the workers who are causing the problems it’s the system they’ve put in place.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with T‑ROC. We're pleased to hear that you value the autonomy and flexibility in scheduling—we know how important work-life balance is, especially in field-based roles. We also want to acknowledge your concerns around trust and accountability. It's troubling to hear that you feel suspicion is being placed unfairly on field employees. We take this kind of feedback seriously. It’s important to us that every team member feels respected, trusted, and supported. Your comments suggest there may be breakdowns in how our systems or tracking processes are functioning day-to-day, and we want to understand that better. Specifically, when you mention management’s inability to “track where resources are going,” we’d appreciate any specific examples or suggestions you’re willing to share. If you’re open to continuing the conversation, we encourage you to submit more detailed feedback—confidentially—through our WeSupportU platform at t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU. This will help us investigate the issues more closely and, importantly, work toward solutions that improve the employee experience across the board. —The T‑ROC Employee Experience Team
