Pros

Massive potential for this company. Executives have what it takes to make the company successful.

Cons

No focus on the people who make the company run. The push is to make the company grow no matter the cost For a two year old company, highly dis-organized, unstructured with little to no process or policies in place. Almost no documentation about anything. Lack of an effective inventory system means there are hundreds of items that are missing and have to be paid for by the company. There aren't even apparel sensor tags like at a traditional retail store. And these items are hermes, louis vuitton, chanel, etc. Executives don't care what happens to the people in the field (merchandise managers), or to the engineering staff. If you bring clear, justified grievances to HR and executives. You will be quietly dismissed from the company. Letting a bad manager continue working and become a bigger liability due to growing tension fear of retribution and being thrown under the bus for failures brought on by not listening to the people who you they ask for advice from about the things they are tasked to work with.

Pros

Pay and commission can be good, but the structure is unnecessarily convoluted and not as generous as it seems, and you will have no work/life balance if you want to actually make consistently high commission. If you have a true passion for luxury and fashion, you do get a lot of opportunities to handle and interact with special/rare items, and depending on store location you can meet a lot of interesting industry people and celebrities, especially during Fashion Weeks

Cons

Poor and unsupportive management with extremely unrealistic demands and expectations; you will get virtually no training, but are immediately expected to know how to do everything. The overall company culture is just unpleasant and very cliquey, and there's constant employee turnover. The online customer service system is terrible, so you will frequently have to handle customer issues that have nothing to do with you/your sales.
