Pros
Friendly staff, good work environment (mostly remote since COVID), very good first job out of school or if you're just getting your foot in the door in entertainment
Cons
Segments are not evenly distributed amongst the producing teams (some teams routinely have WAY more work than others), work/life balance could be better, pay rate is abysmal for the amount of work that is expected of you (but that's true for most tv/film jobs)
