Pros

Would have added flexible timings but it's definitely not an advantage as by claiming flexible working hours they expect you to be available 24/7.

Cons

1. They will expect you to work more than the working hours agreed upon and if you complete your daily tasks and log off without working extra you will be reprimanded for it. 2. To complete your daily work and log off you need to inform your "informal" supervisor who isn't even part of your team on top of the surveillance and tracking they do by monitoring everything you do and every single break you take. 3. There is no fixed amount of work or a fixed platform/ method to do the work. The number of tasks you're supposed to do keeps increasing and new methods and technology are randomly implemented, which you are expected to be on top of without giving you the time to adjust. 4. Advertises competitive salaries, but the pay scale aligns more with minimum wage standards. 5. Blame Allocation: If your position is at the bottom of the barrel, they will put all the blame on you and your team, even if the mistakes and/ or shortcomings weren't your fault. And if you try to point it out backed by actual proof, you are reprimanded to hell and back. 6. Unjustified Layoffs and Blame: Layoffs occur without transparent communication. Employees are unjustly labeled as incompetent with subpar performance, despite evidence of increased productivity thanks to their extensive monitoring. Layoffs are disguised as performance-related, disregarding employees' efforts. 7. Following layoffs, the company fails to provide a proper Letter of Recommendation, declaring your subpar performance will be mentioned in the letter if LoR is requested. 8. No notice period, no severance pay and no garden leave upon laying off.

Pros

- Fantastic people! - Was able to apply my pre-press knowledge to my current position - Exposure to wonderful variety artwork - A positive and cooperative environment - An open-door policy with managers & supervisors - Fast paced & never dull

Cons

During holiday season or large sales, the pace goes from zero to sixty very quickly. Being flexible and solution oriented is a must.

Pros

- You get paid for the trial shift.

Cons

- Sweatshop-like environment with bright white hospital lighting. Extremely monotonous, Kafkaesque work. - CEO who think he's improving things when he actually just likes to hear himself to spout pedantic, useless non-solutions. Only adds to the disorganization of the place. - Will fire people without proper training and without warning. Because you're a "freelancer," they can get away with this. You're a replaceable cog. - There's no way all the styrofoam fibers (among other fun aerosols) you're breathing in have a positive impact on your health. Look out for a class-action lawsuit in the next decade.
