Extremely monotonous, Kafkaesque work. - CEO who think he's improving things when he actually just likes to hear himself to spout pedantic, useless non-solutions. Only adds to the disorganization of the place. - Will fire people without proper training and without warning. Because you're a "freelancer," they can get away with this. You're a replaceable cog. - There's no way all the styrofoam fibers (among other fun aerosols) you're breathing in have a positive impact on your health. Look out for a class-action lawsuit in the next decade.
