Pros

The Post community is filled with some of the most supportive, fun and hardworking people I've ever met. The managers are amazing and truly go out of their way to value every employee.

Cons

Hours can sometimes be longer than expected

Pros

Amazing coworkers Management is on top of it Food is delicious, it sells itself Easy to learn device (Toast) which allows you to place your table's orders via a handheld device Great training for any position

Cons

Only con is the tip pool system: tips are pooled for front and back of house which can severely diminish your checks at the end of the week. Being a tier system, you can rise to higher tiers to attain a higher percentage of the tip pool but it still is hindered by the fact that the back of house is taking from that pool as well. As a server I would have $400 nights, only to find that my entire paycheck was rarely more than $600 a week working 30 hours. While $20/hr isn't terrible, knowing servers make 3-4x as much at other restaurants makes it hard to want to stay around for long.

Pros

- flexible hours - great customer and regulars - employee meal - can wear different appropriate bottoms

Cons

- closing is a hassle, they make the servers close stuff the expo does - can be a toxic environment, depending on your manager and coworkers - can play favorites (this was a specific manager not the company as a whole)
