I love all the clients I work with and if you love helping get people to goals, you'll love this job. You're helping clients get healthier and there's so much satisfaction. You have to to have the go-getter mentality to be successful and be willing to give 110%. They certify you and the material they give you is very in depth. They continue educating you throughout your career and we have monthly regional meetings that are a fantastic way to bounce ideas back and forth with other trainers. There are bonuses that you can achieve throughout your career by completing educational units and company goals so you're in control of how much you are willing to make which is definitely a way to keep trainers motivated. Definitely see myself being with this company for the rest of my working life!!
