We have taken steps to improve our benefits over the past few years, including increasing the percentage we pay towards premiums, lots of paid time off and tremendous education opportunities.

      Pros

      Great employees - never met someone I didn't vibe with. Always exploring new ways to solve problems, not stuck in same ways Flat organization - your voice is heard and taken seriously for feedback and growth

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to balance client work depending on workload, need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes direction can change and make goal attainment difficult
